Guest Information: COVID-19 Update

This has been a challenging time for Canadians and around the world as we attempt to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.  There will be brighter days ahead!

During this critical time of flattening the curve, The Lord Elgin Hotel is putting the health and well-being of our guests, our employees and our community as our highest priority.

We are a local independent family owned business with strong roots in Ottawa and it is with heavy hearts that we have made the decision to temporarily close The Lord Elgin Hotel as of Monday, March 23rd at 3pm.   We shall remain closed until further notice.  There will be brighter days ahead and we are working behind the scenes to be ready for when visitors return to Ottawa.  We will emerge stronger than ever and we look forward to welcoming you back to the LE!

The patios at Grill 41 and our on-site Starbucks are now open!
