Andrea Hockenhull is an experienced Chef that is bringing her sizzle and style to the team at the renowned Lord Elgin. She first developed her culinary skills through the Cambrian College Culinary program, graduating with honours. Working her way through very well-known kitchens over the last 17 years such as Brookstreet, Calabogie Peaks, Arc and Delta hotels, she has honed those skills with an artistry and originality all her own. Andrea has a thirst for sustainable practices and developing new talent and, as one of the few female Executive Chefs in Ottawa, we are absolutely thrilled to have her passion driving our team in the kitchen at Grill 41 and Lord Elgin Hotel.
