Toss greens with dressing serve in center of dish with beets around as shown garnish with pecan, cheese and oil

Flash fillet in flame very quickly before cutting beef just to ‘torch outside’

Caper dressing, red pepper, Dijon & crostini garnish in chives and serve as shown

Baby tomato, kalamata dust, feta, toasted oregano, red pepper, cucumber and a cucumber emulsion – toss in dressing and serve as show
